During the Fall Assembly, our President announced that the University would be moving toward a 3 year refresh program for our computing needs. The Business Office and Information Technology Services have been working over the summer to review and ultimately finalize this new initiative and we are very excited to be able to offer this to you.
Along with this new initiative, we anticipate that many of you will have questions about how this will operate and potentially impact your work. To that end, we have put together a Technology Refresh Portal Page that should identify and answer many of the questions that you might have.
Finally, to help expedite answering any questions that you might have that are not yet published to the Portal, please be sure to send your questions to the email address, email@example.com. We will answer your question and also post the answer to your question to our Portal page so that others may benefit from your inquiry.
